On December 12th, the consortium took part in the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of the DEW project, held in Brussels (BE) and hosted by the Belgium partner IHF asbl.
DEW - Digital Entrepreneurship for Women - is an Erasmus+ project co-financed by the European Commission which gathers seven organisations from five countries (BE, ES, FR, IR, IT). The project aims to develop operational solutions to the challenges faced by potential and existing female entrepreneurs in a post-pandemic world.
During the meeting, partners discussed the overall state of play of the project; in particular, they focused on the development of the training material that will support the target group through a digital up-skilling pathway. On the basis of the results of the primary and secondary research, partners are targeting women needs through innovative training solutions that will be soon available online on the DEW platform. The DEW Toolbox will cover the following topics:
• Digital skills
• Managing Digital Team
• Entrepreneurship
• Change management
• Communications
• Business Literacy
• Financial Literacy
• Teacher Guidance and Adult Learner review
The meeting represented an opportunity to peer-review the material developed so far and assess the progresses of project’s implementation. Partners had also the opportunity to discuss the main issues of the projects’ horizontal activities such as Quality Assurance and Dissemination. Thanks to the presence of partners with a high level of experience and multiplication potential, the project will benefit from increased visibility and impact at local, national and European level.
Next steps? The Consortium will finalize the DEW Toolbox collecting training modules, best practices and case studies. The material will be tested and validated with the target group and will then widely spread among stakeholders, VET providers, and potential/existing female entrepreneurs.
